Mr. Wakade, learned Counsel submits that proposal seeking approval for appointment of petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with the Education Officer since 30th November, 2015. The same is not been decided as yet.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and submits that in case said proposal is pending, the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits.

In case the proposal (Exhibit - D) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four months.
