Individuals are locked in acts of encroachment. The Petitioner contends that Respondent Nos.6 to 8 are threatening him that they would destroy his house and demolish it. Counter allegations are made by both the sides as regards encroachments. This dispute is of a civil nature and the Petitioner would be better placed if he approaches the Civil Court. 2.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would withdraw this petition and approach the Civil Court for the redressal of his grievance.
