In view of the false declaration given by the applicant in Criminal Application No. 6912 of 2015 and not disclosing filing of the Bail Application No. 3632 of 2015 by him in the same crime, it will be appropriate in my opinion to reject both the applications. 2.

The conduct of the applicant of making false statement speaks of criminal mind of the present applicant. This Court was about to initiate the proceedings for making false statement before this Court but, it is informed to this Court that the applicant is in jail. As such, both the applications are rejected.
