This is the matter of reimbursement of fees in respect of 25% students admitted by the petitioner-management under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education At, 2009. 2.

We dispose the writ petition by directing the respondents to

2 925 .WP-13612-2024 .doc undertake scrutiny of petitioner's proposal independently on its merit and take appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within four (04) weeks from today and if it is found entitled to get reimbursement, shall disburse the amounts to it within four weeks thereafter.
