The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause-B and C as under: "B) That letter dated 21.102023 in respect of selection of committee of District Vriddha Kalavant Mandhan Samiti in Aurangabad District Area issued by the respondent no.5 i.e. Guardian Minister Sandeepan Bhumbre State of Maharashtra may kindly be quashed and set aside. C) Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, letter dated 21.102023 in respect of selection of committee of District Vriddha Kalavant Mandhan Samiti in Aurangabad District Area issued by the respondent no.5 i.e. Guardian Minister Sandeepan Bhumbre State of Maharashtra may kindly be stayed."
