Instant application is filed by claimants seeking withdrawal of amount.

Record shows that Tribunal had awarded Rs. 6,75,000/- to the share of then minor Gayatri Pandharinath Wawdhane. Now, application for withdrawal is on the ground that Gayatri is to be married on account of she attaining majority.

Learned counsel for the insurance company though strongly raised objection to the application, however, considering the reason for withdrawal, application to the extent of Gayatri Wawdhane deserves to be allowed.

In view of above, application to the extent of Applicant No. 2 -

940-CA-12986-2025.odt Gayatri Pandharinath Wawdhane is allowed. She is permitted to withdraw amount to the extent of her share along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
