Heard Adv. P. S. Tambat and learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Nobody appears for respondent No.3 although served. 2.

This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal under Land Acquisition Act. The learned AGP opposes the application for delay. However, considering the contentions of the applicants particularly reasons mentioned in Paragraph 3, the delay does not appear to be intentional and it needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.
