1] Heard. For the reasons stated in the Criminal Application Nos. 4892/2024 & 4893/2024 for assisting to the P.P., the same are allowed. Both the Criminal Applications are disposed of accordingly.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicants in ABA Nos.2093/2024 & 2092/2024 and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

3] The applicants in ABA Nos. 2093/2024 & 2092/2024 have approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 0420/2024, registered with Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 333, 115 (2), 118 (1), 189 (2), 189, 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 351 (2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that accused, namely, Jalindar Vilas Adsul and Rohit Subhas Adsul, are the main assailants as far as the FIR is concerned. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court, by order dated 28th November, 2024 in ABA No.1967/2024 and ABA No.2022/2024, has granted interim protection in favour of the other accused.

4] It appears that it is a fight between the neighbours and the injuries are sustained by both the parties. In view of the same, in the meanwhile, there shall be interim order in the following terms :- A] Till the next date, in the event the applicants in ABA Nos.2093/2024 & 2092/2024 are arrested in connection with Crime No. 0420/2024, registered with Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 333, 115 (2), 118 (1), 189 (2), 189, 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 351 (2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount.

B] The applicants shall remain present before the investigating officer from 12th December, 2024 to 14th December, 2024, between 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. C] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation, including producing all documents in their possession, as may be demanded by the investigating officer.

D] The applicants shall not influence the

informant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case and they shall not tamper with the evidence. 5] Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may result in this order being cancelled. 6] List these matters on 17th December, 2024, along with ABA No. 2022 of 2024 and ABA No. 1967 of 2024.

7] Interim protection granted in ABA No.2022 of 2024 and ABA No.1967 of 2024, if any, to continue till the next date.
