Mr. Natu, learned Advocate submits that the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Osmanabad has filed affidavit stating that the petitioner has an alternate remedy. In view of that, the petitioner would avail the alternate remedy. The authority be directed to decide it expeditiously.

At the request of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to avail the alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. All contentions of parties are kept open. If the petitioner approaches the authority, the authority shall decide the same after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of application.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
