2) Heard. This petition takes exception to the order dated 27.11.2015, by which the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli has placed the petitioner under suspension and show-cause notice is issued.

3) The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, charge sheet is served upon the petitioner. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. The Petitioner will have an opportunity to participate in the enquiry, since the charge sheet is already served. The writ petition is rejected.
