Heard Mr. Bangar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. He seeks to quash and set aside the order dated 19.11.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court in FAST No.26988 of 2024 with CAST No.26990 of 2024, registration of which has been refused by order dated 19.11.2024. 3.

Considering the reasons as stated in application and submissions advanced, application is allowed in terms of pryer clause 'b' on the condition that applicants removes office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
