At the request of learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body CA No. 14775 of 2019 & C.A. No.

(4) 14776 of 2019 along with in FA (ST). 36165 of 2019 are de tagged from the remaining matters.

The learned counsel for appellant/acquiring body in the remaining matters produced on record a communication dated 10.01.2025, issued to him by the concerned officer of Acquiring Body. The same is taken on record and marked Exhibit "X" for identification. On going through the said communication, it appears that the appellant/acquiring body has settled the matter with respective claimants in all these matters before the Executing Court, as per the compromise terms annexed to the communication.

The learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body thus, submits that in view of the said communication, all the remaining matters be permitted to withdraw.

In view of the same, all these applications along with First Appeals stand withdrawn and disposed off. 5.

Court fees be refunded to the appellant/acquiring body as per rule.
