The complaint contains all the allegations requiring registration of offence punishable u/s 3 (i) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Learned counsel's contention that the complainant did not mention in his F.I.R. that he belongs to Scheduled Caste, is not tenable. 2.
Investigation is still going on and the police would be able to record statements, which would indicate the caste of the complainant. We are not inclined to pay attention to the submission at bar because it is too technical in nature. On the other hand, F.I.R. is not

In view of the above, Criminal Application is disposed of.
