PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant seeks to condone delay of 36 days caused in filing the revision application against the judgment and order dated 22.8.2022 passed by the Family Court, Parbhani in petition No.E114 of 2021. 2.

Having considered the reasons as stated in the application, it appears that there are reasonable grounds to condone the delay, however, subject to certain costs to be paid to the respondents. Hence, the order.

O R D E R

Application is allowed.

ii.

Delay of 36 days caused in filing the revision application is condoned subject to condition that the applicant pays costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) to the respondent within the period of two weeks from today.

iii. Non-deposit of the costs will entail dismissal of the application without further reference to this Court. iv. Post the revision application for further consideration after three weeks.
