Heard both the sides. Appellant nos.1 and 2 died during the pendency of this appeal and the application for bringing their legal heirs on record was filed within the statutory period. The learned counsel submits that, the legal heirs of appellant no.1 if taken on record, the same are the legal heirs of appellant no.2. I have also heard the learned counsel for respondent no.1. 2.
