In view of the reference answered by the Division Bench of this Court in Civil Revision Application No. 63 of 2017 with connected civil revision applications, by judgment and order dated 17.10.2019, the applicants herein are permitted to covert this Civil Revision Application into Writ Petition.

In view of above, civil application filed seeking condonation of delay caused in filing the Civil Revision Application has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed off. 4.

The applicants to take necessary steps for conversion of Civil Revision Application into the writ petition and the office to list the matter after completion of all formalities.
