Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicants-appellants. Perused the application. Admittedly, notices issued to respondent No.13 were not served as he was not found residing on the same address as per the report of bailiff. Therefore, there is no impediment to allow the applicants-appellants to serve notice to respondent No.13 through paper publication.

Accordingly, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The notice to respondent No.13 be served through publication in news paper daily Lokmat having wide circulation in the area of Omerga, Taluka Omerga, District Osmanabad. 3.

The Registry to do the needful to facilitate applicantsappellants for publication of notice to respondent No.13 as per rule. Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of. 4.
