1] The petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 06.11.2025 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad whereby interim application filed by the petitioner, seeking status-quo qua mutation entries is rejected.

2] The revision is pending before the Revisional Authority and it is informed that the revision is listed for hearing on 15.12.2025 and the respondents are already appeared in the revision. In view of the same, instead of entertaining and keeping the present writ petition pending, it would be appropriate to direct the Revisional Authority to decide the revision as expeditiously as possible.
