This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent no. 2 - Committee to take decision on the caste certificate validation proposal tendered by respondent no. 3, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and, it is accordingly directed. It would be open for the petitioners to raise appropriate objection before the Scrutiny Committee at the stage of inquiry of the validation claim of respondent no. 3.
