The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the proposal is submitted by the Collector for correction in the area of land to be distributed to the petitioners. 2.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

In case, the proposal submitted by the Collector to the respondent No. 1. (Exhibit - E) page No. 35 dated 14.09.2018 is pending with the respondent No. 1, then the respondent No. 1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law
