Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondent-insurer.

For the reasons stated in the application and considering the challenge to the award under appeal. The applicant no.1-wife is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rupees Twelve Lakhs and the applicant nos. 4 and 5 are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rupees Eight Lakhs on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Rest of the amount shall be kept in F.D.R. in any nationalized bank for the initial period of 5 years and renewal of the same as directed by this court. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
