Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The applicant did not remove office objections even after the order of Registrar (Judicial) and there was a delay of 49 days in filing the petition.

However for the reasons mentioned in the application and his voluntary declaration of donation Rs.5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) to be paid to the Registry, High Court for the purpose of Government Dispensary, Aurangabad.

The application is allowed.

The Writ Petition be restored to its original position.
