The Writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent in stoppage of the increment.

Subsequently, The applicant-petitioner is terminated from service after issuing show cause notice.

We have heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2. In fact, the applicant would have a fresh cause of action. While challenging the termination, the petitioner may assail the action, i.e. the subject matter of the writ petition.

In view of that, the writ petition is

(2) disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings. All the contentions are kept open. CA stands disposed of.
