1) Except CA No. 911/2017, learned Counsel Shri MS Patil, appears for the respondent/s - original claimant/s. In all these matters, the respondents are duly served. In CA No. 911/2017, the respondent has not entered his appearance. 2) Delay of 584 days has occurred in filing the present appeals by the acquiring body.

3) Though the learned Counsel appearing for

the original claimants has opposed for condoning the delay, for the reasons stated in para Nos. 2 to 5 of the applications, which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. The applications for condonation of delay are thus allowed and disposed of. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

4) After registration of the appeal, issue notices to the respondents. Learned Counsel waives service for the original claimants - respondents. Service complete.

5) In CA No. 911/2017, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant to serve the sole respondent, returnable after four weeks. Place all these matters for admission after four weeks, i.e. 12th July, 2017.

6) Execution of the impugned Award shall stand stayed subject to acquiring body depositing the entire amount under each of the Awards with

interest thereon in this Court within 12 weeks from today. Civil Applications for stay stand disposed of.
