The submission is for non removal of the office objections. The registration of the petition is refused. Learned counsel submitted that inadvertently the learned counsel for the applicant failed to remove the certain office objections and it was an act of bonafide mistake. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that if the time is granted by this Court the objections would be removed expeditiously.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B subject to the removal of the office objections within two weeks from today.

If the office objections are removed within stipulated period, restore the petition to its original stage.
