Mr. P. S. Patil, APP for Respondent-State ....
CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE AND Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, JJ.
DATED : 05/12/2025.
P. C. :
1.
It appears that despite the absence of the applicants, we had issued notice to the respondents on the last occasion in both the applications. Today also, the applicants and their advocate remain absent. However, since both the applications pertain to condonation of delay in filing appeals against the order of conviction, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay as prayed in both these applications. Accordingly, both the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
2.
The appeals be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
