This petition is filed in 2018 and not circulated thereafter. From the prayers it is seen that the petition was seeking discharge in Sessions Case No.318 of 2017. The petitioner's application in the Trial Court was rejected and therefore this petition was filed. Now, the report of the office shows that the Sessions Case is already decided and present petitioner is acquitted of the charges against him. In view of this, the petition becomes infructuous and same is disposed off as such.
