Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed complaint bearing S.C.C. No. 242 of 2012 before the J.M.F.C. Gangakhed in respect of non compliance of order passed by the School Tribunal and the said complaint is still pending since last five years, without passing any effective orders. Learned counsel submits that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the said complaint as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of above, leave granted. The contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Otherwise also there is no contempt so far as the order passed by this court on 20.4.2009.

The S.C.C. No. 242 of 2012 is pending since 2012 without any orders by the learned Magistrate. In view of the same, learned J.M.F.C. Gangakhed is hereby directed to dispose of the said complaint bearing S.C.C. No. 242 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from today. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
