Seen the order made by this Court on 01-02-2021. Nobody turned up for the petitioner on that day. Today also nobody is present for the petitioner. Seen the relief clause. The petitioner wants to see that her so called entire statement is to be produced before the trial Court. If it is not there, it is always open to the prosecution to make such submission in the trial Court and if the petitioner has grievance of that nature and submission is not made by the prosecution during the evidence, she can say so and to verify the things, the trial Court can ask the Investigating Ofcer to show the Case Diary and on that basis, the Court can infer few things. In view of this position of law, this Court holds that nothing more can be done by this Court.

With these observations, present petition is disposed of as dismissed.
