Heard. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to financial constraints the appeals could not be preferred within limitation. The learned counsel for the respondent-acquiring body strongly resisted applications on the ground that the delay has not been explained satisfactorily.

In view of the above submission and for the reasons stated in the civil applications, delay caused in filing the first appeals is hereby condoned. Civil applications are allowed and accordingly disposed of.

Heard. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after eight weeks. Learned A.G.P. waives for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and learned counsel waives for respondent-acquiring body. Call for record and proceedings.
