In view of the order passed in civil application No.3806/2018, this civil application is disposed of as infructuous, however, in terms of the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Latur dated 9.5.2008, the copy of the same submitted in this civil application no.1676/2018, the appellant now to correct the title clause of the appeal memo and instead to proceed against the liquidator in the appeal, that should be replaced by the official assignee as the society has been de-registered. Leave to correct the appeal memo accordingly. Fix the appeal for final hearing in the second week of July, 2018.
