Taking consistent view of the matter in the tune with the orders starting from 03.05.2023 passed by Justice Sandipkumar C. More, I am inclined to allow the applications partly. Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
