By this application prayer is made to permit the appellant to bring on record L.Rs. of original appellant no.1 Saraswatibai Sidhlingappa Vyavahare, who died on 8.10.2024. There is no dispute that the applicant no.1A is legal heir of the deceased. Application is supported by death certificate dated 8.10.2024 issued by the Municipality, Ambajogai Application is filed well within time. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B and C. Civil application stands disposed off. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
