By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 20 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application against the order of framing charges in Special Case (NDPS) No. 326 of 2020. For the reasons stated in the application, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

[a] The application is allowed.

[b] Delay of 20 days in filing the revision application is condoned.

[c] Revision application be registered.

[d] Post the matter for further consideration on 1.12.2023.
