Heard the learned Advocate for the parties. This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 2990 days in filing appeal for enhancement of the compensation by the original claimants, whose land was acquired.

The learned Advocate for the applicants invites attention of this Court to the order passed by this Court dated 26.08.2022 passed in Civil Application No. 8658 of 2021, wherein this Court has condoned the delay of 3720 days with condition that the applicants therein shall not claim any interest for the delayed period and also for delay in taking late

26ca8630.21 circulation. The applicants therein were similarly situated like the present applicants from the same project. The said order was passed by this Court. It is made clear that the applicants/appellants herein shall not be entitled to receive any interest on the amount for the period of delay and till passing of the order by this Court i.e. till today. With this the Civil Application stands allowed and disposed off.
