The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given representations for grant of benefit as per 7th Pay Commission.

Mr. Khedkar, learned counsel holding for Mr.

Bhavar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have already forwarded the proposals of the petitioners to the three member committee appointed by this Court. The three member committee is manning the affairs of the trust.

In the light of that, the committee of respondent no. 1 may if it is authorised to take decision, take decision in accordance with law and as may be permissible on the proposals forwarded to it for grant of benefits as per the 7th Pay Commission, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
