The case of the prosecution is that on 04.09.2024 while the informant was studying in 12th standard, the informant was beaten by accused no.1 Rizwan Shaikh by a belt. At that time 3 unknown persons approached there and assaulted the informant by chopper, belt and fighter.

One of the co-accused Rizwan was arrested and he has given the names of all the 3 accused; one being the present applicant. 4.

The injuries caused on the informant are serious in nature including the fracture injury. Thus, this matter is serious in nature and

2 909 requires investigation and so also for identification purpose custodial interrogation would be necessary.

In view of the same, the Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
