Heard learned Advocates for the parties. This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent - acquiring body in this Court. Total amount deposited is Rs.3,54,311/-. The learned Advocate for the applicant strenuously submits that in-fact the amount with proper calculations should have been more than Rs. 6 lakhs and that amount should have been deposited. He also placed on record an order dated 09.03.2023 passed in Civil Application No. 201 of 2022 and also order dated 19.06.2024 in CA No.4158 of 2024 arising out of same group, wherein this Court permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court.

Considering the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest, if any, on furnishing usual undertaking.
