The respondent agrees to deposit amount of Rs.2000/- forthwith in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad, out of which, Rs.1000/- be paid to the applicant towards

259.16mca (2) travelling expenses. He further undertakes that he shall continue to deposit amount of Rs.1000/- on each date subsequent thereto, to which, the applicant will be entitled, provided she attends the proceedings.

In view of above arrangement, in my opinion, no case for transfer is made out. As such, Misc. Civil Application fails and stands rejected.
