Three months period within which the Respondent i.e. applicant was supposed to take decision stood expired in the month of December, 2015. Thereafter, the respondent i.e. applicant is praying for extension of time of three months. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents i.e. original petitioners vehemently opposed the prayer for extension of time.

Further three months time, as prayed for, has been extended w.e.f. from the date of filing this application, with an understanding that, no further prayer for extension of time will be entertained.
