Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. The application is filed for direction to Nazir to release the amounts of compensation to the respective shares of applicant No.3 and applicant No.4 in their current names under which they hold the bank accounts i.e. Jayashree Gajaba Falke and Rani Suryabhan Farkade. It appears that name of applicant No.3 has been changed due to her marriage from Jayashree Suryabhan Farkade to Jayashree Gajaba Falke. Further, though the name of applicant No. 4 was mentioned in the claim petition as Deepikarani, but her Adhaar Card shows her name as Rani. She has also stated on affirmation that Deepikarani and Rani are one and the same person. The appeal of respondent No.1 Insurance Company has already
