The application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe is rejected. The appeal against the same is also dismissed.

The learned counsel submits that in case of his real brother named Sanjay Baburao Korbanwad, the committee has dismissed the appeal for issuance of the tribe certificate. This Court in Writ Petition No. 11518 of 2018 under order dated

2 wp 14211.18 17.10.2018 has allowed the writ petition and directed the Sub Divisional Officer to issue the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe.

In the light of that, the impugned orders are quashed and set aside. The Sub Divisional Officer shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) weeks, which certainly will have to undergo scrutiny by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
