The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal has been submitted to the Education Officer by the management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as peon on 10.08.2018. The same is not decided. 2.

In case the proposal is forwarded by the management and if the same is pending with the Education Officer (Exhibit - D), then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
