Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the respondent-State.

There is no specifc role attributed to the applicants. One of the co-accused appears to have assaulted the injured. Nothing is to be recovered from them. The applicants are young boys. In view of that matter, applications deserve to be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The bail Applications are allowed.

No. 2246-2022.odt (ii) Applicant Akash Sukhdeo Sathe, in B.A. No. 2246 of 2022 and applicant Suraj Sanjay Ingale in B.A. No. 2245/2022 be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No. I-1025 of 2022, registered with Newasa Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Section 307,323,143,144,147,149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code on the condition that they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
