The applicants, original petitioners, pray for setting aside the order dated 03/04/2006 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reform, Latur, on the ground that he got the knowledge of the said order recently. However, in the entire Civil Application, it is nowhere stated as to when did the applicants get the knowledge of the said order.

Since Writ Petition No. 698/98 is ready for final hearing, this Civil Application stands rejected. Contentions of the petitioner regarding the order dated 03/04/2006 would be considered alongwith the Writ Petition No. 698/1998. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) shp/-
