In fact, this Court in earlier W.P.No.1975/1995, under order dated 10.7.2014 had observed that it would be open for the State Government to consider the proposal in respect of finalisation of development plan. It is also observed that the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister impugned in the petition is self-speaking. It would be open for the State authorities to take appropriate steps as permissible in law. The learned counsel submits that the authorities are not proceeding further. Application is given to record the names of the petitioners in the revenue record in respect of non-

agricultural plots on the basis of registered sale deed. The same is not being complied. Once the order is passed by the Court in earlier Writ Petition, the Respondents are bound to consider the same. No further orders are required afresh. 3.

As far as mutating the names of the petitioners in revenue record, the learned A.G.P. points out the Circular dated13.2.2015, by virtue of which the Committee is constituted for redressal of such grievances.

In light of that, the petitioner may approach the Committee constituted as per Circular dated 13.2.2015. In case application is made by the petitioners to the said Committee, the Committee shall consider the application and pass necessary orders therein in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months from the date of receipt of the application. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
