The learned AGP to take exception to the present writ petition contending that a revision is already filed against the impugned order before the Hon'ble Minister which is at page 39 of the present writ petition with prayers at page 46 and along with stay application which is at page No.47 of the writ petition.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that writ petition is filed as the Hon'ble Minister has failed to decide the revision petition so also the stay application. 3.

Heard the learned Counsel of parties. As the revision petition is filed before the Hon'ble Minister to challenge the impugned order, it would be more appropriate that to direct the Revisional Authority to

906 WP 14657-2023 decide the revision petition as well as the interim stay application expeditiously. The Revisional Authority to decide the interim application within a period of four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.

In the event, the Minister does not decide the interim stay application within a period of four weeks, the petitioners are at liberty to revive the present petition.
