Learned Advocate for the applicant/Management seeks only two week's time from today to deposit an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rs. Seven lac only) in this Court. Though this civil application is taken up for hearing at 5.30 p.m., he submits that the learned Advocate for the respondent/employee has no objection as the Management is depositing the amount in this court. 2.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed and the petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- in this Court within 2 (two) weeks from today.
