Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for both respondents.

The caste/tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before respondent no.2 since 2021. Petitioner wants to appear for NEET and for that the tribe certificate is required.

Considering the facts of the case we allow this writ petition directing respondent no.2 to decide tribe claim of the petitioner within four(04) months from today.
