2] By way of filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking directions to respondent nos.2 and 3 not to terminate the services of the petitioner and to consider the petitioner on the post of A.N.M. on ad-hoc basis without continuity in service and without other service benefits.
2 5-wp479-16.odt 3] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer of the petitioner is that she may not be replaced by another ad-hoc employee and her services may be continued till the regular selection process is undertaken by the respondents.
4] The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 has tendered across the Bar the order of appointment of Smt. Sangita Suryakant Gore on regular basis in the same post which is previously occupied by the petitioner.
5] In that view of the matter, we are unable to persuade ourselves to grant any relief to the present petitioner. The Writ Petition stands rejected.
